Our meeting on November 3 will be held at Hadley Institute, 700 Elm Street!!
Azam will make a presentation about Islam for about 20-25 minutes which will focus on the main doctrines and practices of Islam. Then, we can open the floor to questions from the audience which might include topics such as:
- What are the misconceptions many Americans have regarding Muslims?
- What is the difference between Muslims, Islamics and Arabs?
- What are the most fundamental beliefs Muslims have?
- What is Sharia Law and what does it say about violence?
- Who was Mohamad?
- How does the Koran compare with the Bible?
