Speaker on 2/14: Dan Humphrey
Dan began his career at Sunset Foods in 1988 as an assistant manager in the seafood department. Two years later he was  promoted to the managers position. In 2007 Dan was assigned the title of Seafood Director overseeing all aspects of the seafood departments in 5 Sunset stores. A big part of the job requires sourcing fresh seafood from suppliers all around the country. In order to assure that a supplier will meet required expectations of Sunset, Dan will personally visit them to get an in depth idea of how they operate their businesses. Today Dan will talk about two of the trips he took. One to visit the lobster fishermen in Nova Scotia and the other to visit the crab fishermen in Dutch Harbor Alaska.
