Rotary Children's Fund

Vitaliy Bezrodnov is a Rotarian who founded RCF (Rotary Children's Fund) in 2003. RCF has directly involved over 500 students world wide; many of whom have joined Interact, Rotaract and Rotary. Vitaliy has made this presentation to over 500 Rotary Clubs.
