1974 Docs from the Orig Rotary Centers Proposal

Today Bob Morgan, former WNRC member from the 1970's, joined us for lunch and shared the original proposal our club made to RI for creating Rotary Centers of International Studies. We added electronic copies of these original documents for sharing with others.
