The May 15 weekly meeting was a joint meeting of the Wilmette Noon, Wilmette Harbor and Winnetka-Northfield Rotary Clubs, hosted by the Wilmette Rotary Club at the Winnetka Community House. The evening’s speaker was David Snyder of Crains Chicago Business.

Bob Baker gave a final reminder of our upcoming Gala and Benefit to be held at the Michigan Shores Club on May 16^th.

Mr. Snyder gave us an overview of the Crains Communications the publisher of Crains Chicago Business, including its general history and its evolving business plan to stay relevant in an ever changing world. He spoke at length about how online content is effecting the print publishing market and how Crains has evolved to meet the needs of those who prefer online content.
