President Bob began the meeting with a soothing breath. Total attendance is 28: 16 Rotarians and 12 recipients & guests of financial awards from our Winnetka-Northfield Community Grants program.

This group, which started in Winnetka, provides free peer-to-peer support and resources for kids and teens impacted by their parent or guardian’s cancer.

High Quality Mental health therapy regardless of ability to pay

Helps residents and service groups of all ages and abilities in the New Trier Township, the North Shore and greater NE Metro Chicago area find volunteer opportunities or participate in Days of Service with nonprofit partner organizations.

In support of a project in the Dominican Republic providing water purification and daycare for children of teenage mothers.

Also donating our club’s unused DDF (District Designated Funds) for a downtown Chicago project providing pregnancy care.

Theatre programs for children with disabilities.

Established to preserve, perform and promote the Blues among America's youth, parents and educators under the tutelage of highly qualified instructors

Foster emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being through access to affordable life-changing mental health care.

Job Development, after school programs for children and young adults in the  North Howard neighborhood.

This year is the 100th anniversary for both the Winnetka/Northfield and the Wilmette Rotary Clubs.  The two Clubs will celebrate together on the evening of June 20th at the Winnetka Community House. That night both Clubs will also install their respective teams of co-presidents for the 2024-2025 Rotary year.
