Our Annual Fall Harvesting project is Thursday at the Glencoe Community Gardens, 385 Old Green Bay Road, Glencoe. It replaces our October 9th lunch meeting at the Community House. Please arrive by12:00 noon. We will end at 1:30pm. Do not go to the Community House! 
We will have box lunches for everyone who has registered and will begin eating immediately so we can learn updates from the GCGarden volunteers and get started "farming" their beautiful organic produce that Pantry users will gratefully receive.
Directions to GCG:
385 Old Green Bay Road. Take Green Bay North through Winnetka and turn right (East) on Harbor in Glencoe, turn left at Old Green Bay Road and head north - curved road and look for the balloons near a playground. There are some parking spaces or find street parking.
BRING A FRIEND or Partner! We need harvesters to be helpful to GCG and want potential members to join us and experience our service with us. The weather projected for October 9th is 73 and sunny. Fingers crossed that holds. We will harvest through light rain but not lightning. If it's cancelled, I will let you know.
